Construction Management (CM)

With a Construction Management (CM) approach, we work alongside you as a trusted advisor—providing expert planning, transparent cost control, and hands-on coordination of all trades throughout the project.

 

Unlike traditional contracting, CM offers greater flexibility and real-time collaboration, allowing you to make informed decisions as the build progresses.

 

We manage timelines, budgets, safety, and quality on your behalf while keeping you fully in control. This open, team-focused model delivers efficiency, accountability, and confidence at every stage.

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)

With Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), we become part of your project team from the earliest stages—offering expert guidance on design, buildability, and cost planning before construction begins.

 

This collaborative approach helps identify risks early, optimise value, and improve decision-making across the board. By integrating construction knowledge upfront, we streamline the delivery process and reduce the likelihood of costly delays or redesigns.

Fixed Lump Sum (FLS)

A Fixed Lump Sum contract offers cost certainty and simplicity by agreeing on a set price for the entire scope of work before construction begins. As your delivery partner, we take full responsibility for completing the project within the agreed budget, managing all subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations to ensure efficiency and quality. This model reduces financial risk and provides a clear framework for decision-making, making it ideal for well-defined projects with minimal design changes.

Hybrid

A hybrid delivery model blends the strengths of multiple contract approaches—typically starting with early contractor involvement or construction management, then transitioning into a fixed lump sum or guaranteed maximum price. This structure allows for early collaboration, transparent cost planning, and design optimisation before locking in final construction costs. It offers flexibility during the initial stages while providing cost certainty and risk management during delivery. Ideal for complex or time-sensitive projects, hybrid models support smarter decisions, smoother workflows, and better overall project outcomes.

We operate under a certified Integrated Management System (IMS) that ensures full compliance with key Australian and international standards, including:

  • AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management

  • AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016 – Environmental Management

  • AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 – Quality Management

  • Work Health and Safety Act 2011 & WHS Regulation 2011 (updated 1 August 2023)

  • NSW Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997

Minor Projects $1 million - $10 million

We maintain a certified Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure that all projects—regardless of scale—are delivered safely, sustainably, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Our IMS is fully compliant with:

  • AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management

  • AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016 – Environmental Management

  • AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 – Quality Management

With extensive experience delivering works under $250,000, we understand the importance of rapid mobilisation, clear communication, and minimal disruption—especially in live, operational environments.
